昨天肌肉已开始酸痛，走路像个老太婆。今早起身时小腿痛到差点走不动，腦袋湧起的念头是：'原来好戏在後頭。。。' 希望能把今晚的舞跳好，然後開心地到澳門看show。祝大家星期五快樂，笑容滿面！Muscles starting aching yesterday and I walked like an old lady. When I woke up this morning my legs were so painful that I almost couldn't walk, then I thought to myself, 'oh, the best is yet to come...'
